How an applicant for UK Visas will provide Bank Solvency Certificate?
The UK Border Agency in Bangladesh declares the name of financial institutions from which it will accept documentation for supporting visa applications made under the Points Based System (PBS).
A press release of British High Commission said, the listed financial institutions will come into force for PBS Visa applications submitted from November, 1, 2012. The listed financial Institutions can issue bank solvency certificate on behalf of visa applicant and applicant must need to submit the certificate with proper evidence. If applicants rely on information of a non listed financial bank will be refused.
The list of financial Institutions which is listed by UK Border Agency and will accept documentation is as follows:
1. National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd,
2. Eastern Bank Ltd,
3. Citi Bank, HSBC Bank,
4. First Security Islami Bank Ltd,
5. AB Bank Ltd,
6. Standard Chartered Bank,
7. Southeast Bank Ltd,
8. Commercial Bank of Ceylon,
9. Mutual Trust Bank Ltd,
10. BRAC Bank Ltd
11. One Bank Ltd and
12. State Bank of India.
